Questions
- What counts as an active merchant account?
- An account on your book with a status of active, counted once even when several MIDs have been merged into it, across every book in the workspace. Prospects and closed accounts do not count.
- What happens if the book outgrows the plan?
- Nothing stops working. The count is reported so the plan can be changed deliberately, not enforced by refusing work in the middle of a month-end close.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — 14 days, with no card. The trial has no account limit, so a full book can be loaded and reconciled before deciding.
- Are partner logins charged separately?
- No. Partners see only their own book and cost nothing; pricing is on the size of the portfolio, not on how many people look at it.
